Maintainers
Maintainers are the unsung hero's of any squadron. the men and woman who like to turn wrenches and (sometimes) get home on time, they are the same people who never get the glory but are the prime reason a squadron runs as smoothly as it does. Fixing, washing, updating, cleaning, changeling bulbs, troubleshooting, rewiring, greasing, fueling, and yes removing one black box and replacing it with another. All these tasks, might be, and could be done by a lot of different people, but consistently it is done by a select few who like to get dirty and turn a wrench. Administration
Administration are the people who allow everyone else to get there job done. From insuring every one gets pay ed to ordering parts and supply's to ensuring everyone is fit and qualified to do the job. Administration is something that every one has to help out with at least a little, because it is such a big job. With the complexity potentially being overwhelming.

Not to simplify the job of the Air-Crew but just like a quarterback on a football team a lot of attention goes to the Air-crew family.
